How It Works

01

Search

Anyone can search missing persons by state, city, or area — no login required. The public database is open to all.

02

Register

Families register with an FIR copy. A one-time ₹499 payment grants one year of access to the unidentified bodies database.

03

Find a Match

The system automatically searches for possible matches and notifies families by SMS and email. Every match must be verified by the police.

A First for India

A National Database of
Unidentified Bodies

Every year, thousands of bodies are found in India's rivers, drains, and roadsides — without a name, without an identity. Someone is searching for them. Someone is still waiting.

JSKMU is India's first platform that connects missing persons and unidentified bodies in one place — automatically.

Contributor network — divers, NGOs, and police add records directly
Blurred photos — visible only to verified families
Automatic matching — based on age, gender, and state
SMS and email alerts — families are notified the moment a match is found
40,000+
Unidentified bodies are found across India every year. Thousands are never identified.
